We do not accept, process, review, or influence housing applications, and being listed on this site does not imply any relationship with us.

2. Accuracy and verification

Our data comes from official public sources, primarily HUD datasets, and from housing authorities' published information, and we refresh it regularly. But waiting lists open and close, offices move, and limits change every year, so the information here is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify details directly with the housing authority or property before acting on them. Where money or housing decisions are at stake, their answer wins, not our page.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or housing-placement advice. Guides and calculators are general education; eligibility is always determined by the housing authority or property using your verified circumstances. For personal advice, contact a free HUD-approved housing counselor.

4. Applying is free, beware of scams

Housing authorities never charge to apply for Section 8 or public housing, and we never charge for anything. We do not sell applications, priority placement, or waiting-list positions, and no one legitimately can. If someone claims to represent this site and asks you for money or personal financial details, it is a scam; please report it to us.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial research and may link to any page. You may not scrape the site at volumes that degrade it for others, misrepresent our content as an official government source, or use our pages to mislead people seeking housing.
